Our etzMAN is the very first manual grinder to directly grind from Hopper to Portafilter, environmentally friendly,  without lacking any of the benefits electrical grinders provide. No cables, no waste, no noise (other than the cracking of beans), no to low static (Anti-Static-Jig), no weighing (for those investing in a weight-based version w/ battery powered scale), easily adjusted and quickly cleaned with suction feet ensuring better stability when set up on a smooth surface. 

Manual grinding brings out the best in our burr geometry smoothly cutting the beans in the most efficient way and thus ensuring mild grinding, maximum clarity and minimum fines.
