General Terms and Conditions
§ 1) Validity
The general terms and conditions apply to all business relations between Etzinger Online-Shop and its customers. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. The mere inspection of our website is non-binding and does not constitute a legal relationship.
§ 2) Offer
All prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss Francs).
Switzerland/Liechtenstein:
Prices shown are in CHF including 8.1% VAT. Orders with values exceeding CHF 199,00 are shipped free of charge within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
EU:
Prices are shown in EUR. Respective VAT will be added at check-out (depending on Import Country in which the goods will be delivered)
International deliveries (to countries listed below):
Prices (excluding VAT, plus shipping) will be calculated at check-out. Additional fees (VAT, Customs duties,..) may apply in importing countries (according to respective regulations) and are not included in the prices shown.
Given address must correspond to delivery country chosen. Otherwise additional charges may apply. Incurred fees (Creditcard, Paypal, Bank Transfers,..) will be deducted from repayments based on incorrect entries.
The listed prices, product illustrations and product descriptions are without guarantee. Delivery periods, availability and errors excepted.
§ 3) Delivery periods
Products which are in our warehouse are processed immediately after receipt of the order by us, other products are ordered from suppliers. The ordered products are delivered according to agreement with the customer. Delays due to unavailability of suppliers or missing information from the customer do not result in any claims by the customer.
§ 4) Shipping
The shipping costs are calculated according to package weight/country and shown accordingly in the ordering process.
Switzerland/Liechtenstein: Orders with a value exceeding CHF 199,00 are shipped free of charge within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
EU: Orders with a value exceeding EUR 199,00 are shipped free of charge within the EU (if shipped from our EU-warehouse)
§ 5) Payment
Payment for goods ordered from Etzinger Online-Shop is to be made in advance. In case of repayments following an order cancellation approved by seller, transaction or any other fees (charged by Credit Card companies, Paypal, Bank) will be deducted.
§ 6) Warranty
The supplier undertakes to exercise due care and to deliver the products in good quality. The warranty period for Swiss Customers is 24 months (private) or 12 months (commercial) from date of purchase.
International Bring-In-Warranty: 12 months from date of purchase (shipping not included)
Excluded from the warranty are defects and malfunctions for which the supplier is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, intervention by the customer or third parties, excessive strain, unsuitable operating materials or extreme environmental influences.
§ 7) Right of return
Goods in unused, faultless condition and in their original packaging may be returned to us within 14 days after receipt and prior written information at your own expense.

§ 8) Legal notice
Place of jurisdiction is FL-9492 Eschen. Liechtenstein law applies exclusively.
